ok and let me think what else did I do last week….
I played football this Sunday and our team won 5-4. I was still the worst player on the field.
Last Thursday I did an 8K in 49mins and then on Saturday, I did an easy slow 7K.
I practiced playing “Mia & Sebastian’s theme” from the movie La La Land.
I gave up and am no longer reading The Mountain is You.
